   When making
 Changes to your
       Account
 fax



Change requests and Directory updates can be done by faxing immediately to Relay.  Most changes are done during our normal business hours.  Emergency changes can be done at any time providing that it is pertaining to the Call Center and the information is delivered directly to our Call Center (specialized procedures apply).  Account Change Requests or updated billing addresses or credit card updates will require written authorization sent via fax or e-mail or letter with company letter head.  A representative will be assigned  to review your account and check back with you before making the desired changes. This is a quick and easy process, but, all changes and updates need to checked for accuracy.  All changes must be done in writing and with an authorized signature.

Account changes must be able to work within the requirements set forth by the client.  Some changes may cause call out confusion or account conflict.  A representative can assist  you Monday through Friday 9am until 5pm during the normal business hours Eastern Standard Time.
