When making Changes to your Account For our current clients: Account Change requests and Directory updates YOU MUST SPEAK WITH
OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO YOUR FAX AND/OR E-MAIL WITH
ACCOUNT UPDATES. Account Change Requests can
only be made during normal business hours so that you

and include account name and number. Account Change Requests or updated billing addresses or credit card updates will require written authorization sent via fax or e-mail or letter with company letter head. A representative will be assigned to review your account and check back with you before making the desired changes. This is a quick and easy process, but, all changes and updates need to be checked for accuracy. All changes must be done in writing and with an authorized signature. Account changes must be able to work within the requirements set forth by the client. Some changes may cause call out confusion or account conflict. A representative can assist you Monday through Friday 9am until 4:30pm during the normal business hours Eastern Standard Time USA.
