Messages are
delivered
via email, fax, or both for most all services, including
Answering Service and
Order Taking.
Email provides you with immediate access to your messages, no matter
where they may be around the world, while saving you time and money.
When Relay takes messages for you, they are quickly sent to the
appropriate email address.
Change requests and
Directory updates can
be done by faxing immediately to Relay. Most changes can be
done at any time providing that it is pertaining to the Call Center.
Account Change Requests or updated billing addresses or credit card
updates will require a representative to review your account and
check back with you before making the desired changes. All changes
must be done in writing and with an authorized signature.
Account changes must be able to work within the requirements
set forth by the client. Some changes may cause call out confusion
or account conflict. A representative can assist you
Monday through Friday 9am until 5pm during the normal business hours
Eastern Standard Time.
Messages:
View your messages using your e-mail, text messaging on your cell
phone, or listening to the call via a WAVe file. Also,
Notification
of new messages can be sent to your existing pager device, text
message, or email. It's that easy.
On Call Scheduling:
Provide Relay agents with a simple or detailed on-call schedule
so that your on-call people are called at their designated time.
Our easy-to-use
Voice Mail services
allow you to stay connected with your clients, family or friends
wherever you are. Our voicemail packages include a variety of customizable
options to meet your needs.
Voice mail messages
can be delivered to you as an email attachment the moment they arrive.
This option is an enhancement of basic voice mail service. This
choice gives callers the option to press a number on their telephone
keypad if the call is an emergency or requires immediate attention.
Once pressed, the call can be transferred to a Relay agent or another
number of your choosing. All other non-emergency calls will be placed
into the general voice mail box.
Agents can line transfer the caller directly to you so you may handle
the call live. Your clients will think you are down the hall when
you may be in the next state.
Messages can be sent to alpha numeric pagers or sent as text messages
to cell phones and PDAs.
Relay can provide you with a unique, toll-free number.
Order Taking and
Filling orders
over the phone requires a significant amount of overhead. Managing
your labor expenses with unpredictable call volume is a daunting
task which gets complicated exponentially if 24 hour service is
necessary or desired.
