Relay has several rate plans designed to meet
the call volume for every type of client. The higher the
volume, the lower the rate. Clients are not locked into any rate plan for lone periods of time. Clients can change their plan at any month if they determine that a different plan would be more suitable or economical for them. Relay's standard method of billing is based on time / how long it takes an operator to efficiently process a call. All time is processed by computer similar to that of the telephone company. There is a basic monthly fee that is billed in advance and a usage fee based on activity during the previous month; similar to that of the telephone company. Optional rate plans for billing on a "per-Call" basis are available and subject to some restrictions. Customized rate plans are optional and available to meet specific customer preferences.
