TOLL
FREE NUMBERS

An exclusive Toll Free phone number, similar to an 800#, is
obtained from the long distance carrier for the client. It is issued and
billed directly to the customer by the long distance carrier, but
temporarily routed to RELAY
for call processing only. The number belongs to the customer; not
RELAY.
The customer is solely responsible to the long distance carrier for the
payment of the toll free circuit and usage of it. The customer is solely
responsible to
RELAY for the payment of its
services.
RELAY
will provide the long distance carrier with an unlisted dedicated
telephone circuit for the toll free telephone number. Depending on the
particular service that is provided by
RELAY,
there may be an additional fee in accordance with its Rate Schedule.
The long distance carrier requires a Letter of Authorization for
RELAY
to act on behalf of the customer. That form is sent to the customer with
the Application For Service when requested by the customer.
At the present time and based on information provided to
RELAY,
the rates quoted herein for toll free service, when used in conjunction
with RELAY
services, are less than their regular rates. In addition, their Service
Establishment Fee is waived. These rates are subject to change with
tariff revisions and/or if services from
RELAY
are terminated.
