People who feel uncomfortable reporting matters of concern are more at ease with a third party  hotline service.

    This is a specialized and confidential Hot Line Service that is provided by an employer, organization, school district, or government agency exclusively for employees or others to report fraud, suspicious activity, safety or other matters of importance to an employer or others in authority. This “HOT LINE” service provides the caller with total anonymity. Calls are routed to a special unlisted toll free phone number established by and located at our Call Center. It is totally different from and not controlled by the entity called. Calls are answered 24/7 by our customized digital voice recording system. The person for whom the call is intended automatically receives the entire “voice” message in real time via an E-Mail WAV file. The authorized recipient is the only person with his/her computer pass code to listen to the message after opening their e-mail. This allows the recipient to listen at their discretion and convenience from anywhere at any time. These voice messages can be sent to School District Superintendents, Presidents of School Boards, Presidents of Corporations, Accounting Firms, Chairman and/or Members of a Board of Directors, etc.

    Messages are not traceable by the person called. The sender’s identification is only that of our nationwide Call Center’s e-mail address.

    The cost for this service is relatively inexpensive. There is a nominal fee of $75.00 to set up and program the basic account. There is an annual service fee of $360.00; this equates to approximately a dollar per day. An unidentifiable toll free number is included at no additional cost. This special type of “Hot Line” service is recommended for several types of businesses, school districts, and accounting firms for their clients. Some industries are now mandated by their state’s Public Service Commission to provide a Hot Line for safety issues affecting employees. Bringing attention to specific matters can save an employer a considerable amount of money and/or protect people from unsafe and/or fraudulent situations. Employee fraud is one of the most costly expenses an employer is vulnerable to and which seldom is detected. Sexual conduct by people in authority, co-workers and teachers require a means to be reported with confidentiality. Gang related matters have now become prevalent in school districts. Safety issues often are not known to those in authority and yet responsible for them.
